I still don’t have a SAMA & still have a colorful career – Zakes Bantwini

SA musician and record producer, Zakes Bantwini dished out his feelings on not bagging a SAMA award despite being nominated and rendering a great music performance at the event.

A fan reminded the producer of his talent which hasn’t being given the needed recognition and in response, Zakes says he is not bothered.

“Still don’t have a SAMA and still have a colorful career. Their loss, I only lost an award but won every heart with that performance.. I performed like I had won that evening because I knew Fans knew the truth,” Zakes tweeted.

A number of new signings were on show at the FNB Stadium, as Orlando Pirates took the bragging rights in the Soweto Derby after defeating Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday afternoon.
